During the second to last week of term 3 Classes 8, 7 and 6 went to the Auckland Museum. We saw lots of artistic features and my favourites were the War Gallery, the Volcano room and the Dinosaur Gallery.
In the War Gallery we saw all different kinds of guns and name’s of people in the war. Me and my group saw all the different countries that were in World War 1 and 2. My group saw the people that died in the war to save our country. Then we saw some phone’s in a small room. When you picked them up then they told some information.
Volcano room is cool because it shakes when the volcano erupted.Then when the lava touches the city the city is all burnt and it shakes . it’s cool when it shakes because
some people fall off the seat.
In the Dinosaur Gallery i saw some dinosaur bones and other stuff that were there that time.
we saw spiders, dinosaur and also bats.the bones look really old and freaky and thy had computers that tell you information.
